Peptide therapeutics in the brain

Principal Investigator: Kristian Strømgaard, Center for Biopharmaceuticals, Department of Drug Design and Pharmacology, University of Copenhagen

• We will generate systematic combinations of CPPs and cargo to explore and understand membrane permeability and subsequently BBB permeability.
• We will develop peptide-based PET tracers targeting key proteins in the brain.
